The flooring business is swamped with misleading advertising campaigns and gimmicks. Quite simply, we promise not to be part of that circus.

Always:

  • honest, competitive prices
  • all budgets catered for
  • quotations provided, not estimates – so you know where you stand
  • no hard sell or salesmen on commission

We will never:

  • artificially raise our prices one month so we can have a ‘knock-down’ sale the next. You know the sort of adverts we mean: claims like “Take 70% off, and now take another 20% off.” Remember the basic truth – if something sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
  • mislead our customers by selling some products at an unrealistically low price while overcharging on others, for example bargain-priced carpet to entice you, extortionately-priced underlay and gripper to claw the money back.
